Resolved Issues in 6.8.3

OpenNebula 6.8.3 introduces support for Debian 12 and removes support for Debian 10.

The following new features have been backported to 6.8.3:

• Option to restore individual disk from backup Image see Restoring Backups.

• Allow use of LIMIT_MB attribute for Datastore overcommitment, see Datastore attributes.
