Cluster Operations Overview

OpenNebula’s Cloud Cluster Operations are used to manage Providers and Provisions. Provider management deals with maintaining the external resources that OpenNebula uses to build and manage Clusters. Provision management involves the core functionality of deploying and managing Cluster instances using the defined Providers.

Basic Outline

This guide consists of two sections:

• Managing Providers: Use OneForm to define, instantiate and configure your deployments.
• Managing Provisions: Dynamically grow your cloud infrastructure automatically on remote cloud providers or on-premises resources.

Hypervisor Compatibility

Cloud Cluster Operations are compatible with KVM hypervisors.
